Service Description
Make your event unforgettable by hiring our venue all to yourselves! 6>15 people £250.00 per hour 16-50 people £350.00 per hour - Bookings can be made in increments of 30 minutes. - A minimum of 90 minutes is required if you'd like food with your booking. We offer delicious 12" stone baked pizza, hotdogs & fries and other sweet & savour snacks as well as barista made coffee and alternative soft drinks. - Vegan/Veggie Pizza is available Perfect for birthdays, corporate events, celebrations or group gatherings. Enjoy exclusive use of our simulators and facilities. Your booking is by standard on "Open Kiosk Mode" - this means the simulators are all on for your use and run in 15 minute stints. You can race each other or simply throw practice laps in varying cars on different tracks. Days available to hire privately: - Thursdays (all day) - Fridays 9am-2pm (a minimum of a 3hr booking is required if booking is after 2pm on a Friday) - Saturdays from 4pm - Sundays from 3pm
Cancellation Policy
Please do not turn up more than 15 minutes in advance of your booking, we are unable to let you into the venue until 15 minutes before your booking time and simulators will only be running from your actual start time. If you need to cancel your private hire booking, please do so at least 48hrs in advance of your booking and we can refund your booking deposit. If your booking is canceled within 48hrs of your booking, your deposit will be lost.
