Cancellation Policy
👥 Party Size & Age Parties must have a minimum of 12 guests People in party must be a minimum of age 12 or 110cm-150cm minimum due to height restrictions Final guest numbers must be confirmed prior to the event 💷 Pricing £30 per person Includes 90 minutes use of the simulators and venue Total cost is based on the confirmed number of guests. 💳 Deposit & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event – deposit can be transferred or refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event – deposit will be forfeited. ⏰ Arrival Please arrive no earlier than 10–15 minutes before your booking time. Your 90-minute session begins at the booked time.
